Refrigeration Engineers
This role is the pinnacle. The Everest of refrigeration engineering! Because without you, we’d be nothing. Just a bit damp and soggy. A puddle on the floor. That’s how important your role is! You keep our food frozen, our colleagues chilled and our customers smiling.
The clue’s in the name: Iceland. With over 950 Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores, that’s a lot of freezers. So, you can see how important skilled Refrigeration Engineers are to us. And as you know, the work can be challenging. There’s a wide variety of equipment to repair and maintain from integral freezers to remote packs and everything in between.
You’ll need great time management because you’re more-or-less your own boss. You’ll have the freedom to plan your day and take responsibility for looking after your stores. But don’t worry, you’ll get all the support you need.
